Complete List of Mesa Lane Restrictions and Closures

The week of March 22, 2010 the following roads will be under construction in the City of Mesa. Printable Report (.pdf), Special Closures, and ADOT Restrictions  

Country Club Drive:

• The southbound curb lane on Country Club between Broadway Road and 8th Avenue will be closed for construction between the hours of 6:00 am to 3:00 pm, beginning March 9th. Beginning March 15th, the southbound curb lane on Country Club Drive from Broadway Road to Southern Avenue will be closed from 6:00 am to 3:00 pm.

Dobson Road:
 

• Expect southbound lane restrictions on Guadalupe Road at Dobson Road weekdays between the hours of 6:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. to allow the contractor to begin widening the intersection. Lane restrictions will begin on March 16th and last for approximately six months.  Dobson and Guadalupe Intersection Improvements.

Ellsworth Road:

• Expect lane restrictions on Ellsworth Road from Elliot Road to Pecos Road for road improvements. More Information

Gilbert Road:

• Expect eastbound lane restrictions on University Drive at Gilbert Road on March 19th from 8:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. for asphalt repairs.

Greenfield Road:

• Greenfield Road will be restricted to one lane in each direction from Southern Avenue to Baseline Road until June, 2010 for roadway improvements. Greenfield Road Improvements. Left turns will be prohibited onto Greenfield Road from the US 60 Freeway eastbound off ramp.

• Beginning Thursday, March 18, from 8:15 pm until Sunday, March 28, at 12:00 am, the US 60 ramps on the west side of Greenfield Road (westbound on ramp and eastbound off ramp) will be closed due to construction.

Guadalupe Road:

• Expect lane restrictions on Guadalupe Road at Standage beginning Saturday, March 13th through Monday, March 29th. DoubleJack will be replacing cables for SRP.
   

• Expect southbound lane restrictions on Guadalupe Road at Dobson Road weekdays between the hours of 6:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. to allow the contractor to begin widening the intersection. Lane restrictions will begin on March 16th and last for approximately six months.  Dobson and Guadalupe Intersection Improvements.

Iron Avenue:

• Expect east and westbound lane restrictions on Iron Avenue west of Country Club Drive until the end of March, 2010 for gas line and storm drain installation.

Longmore:

• Expect lane restrictions at the intersection of Longmore and Baseline Road. Speedy Gonzalez will be replacing cables for SRP.

McKellips Road:

• McKellips Road will be closed at Alma School Road, due to SRP releasing small amounts of snow melt from the mountains. McKellips Road will reopen approximately by mid April 2010.

Pepper Place:

• Pepper Place between Macdonald Street and Center Street is scheduled to be closed from 7:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. Sunday, March 21, for motion picture filming. Traffic will be detoured at Center Street and Macdonald to Main Street and 1^st Avenue.
