A grand opening and ribbon cutting ceremony was held today for American Traffic Solutions’ (ATS) new corporate headquarters, 1150 N. Alma School Road. The company has relocated 464 employees to Mesa and will completely occupy one building, totaling 108,956 square feet, at the new Waypoint development at Mesa Riverview.
“ATS has chosen a prime location in Mesa to run and expand their business,” Mayor John Giles said. “Waypoint at Riverview makes it easy for clients and employees to conduct business. Congratulations on your new corporate headquarters, we wish you the best of success.”
In addition to its corporate offices, ATS will have employees in several departments including information technology, accounting/finance, human resources, sales and marketing and customer service.
ATS’ headquarters features 33 “huddle” rooms or conference space, ergonomic chairs, stand-up/down desks and blade screens which will create the ability to host town halls instead of renting large meeting spaces.
“ATS is proud of our new high-tech headquarters which is an innovative and exciting work environment for our employees and helps meet our customers’ needs,” ATS CEO Jim Tuton said. “We have had a great partnership with the City of Mesa to bring our headquarters to Waypoint.”
Waypoint is a high-tech office complex offering large open floor plans and high ceilings, allowing users to occupy their space in a variety of ways.
American Traffic Solutions (ATS) Fleet Services processes approximately nearly 50 million toll transactions and nearly 1 million violations each year. Additionally, ATS is proud to be the market leader in road safety camera installations in North America. Nationally, ATS has more than 3,500 installed red-light, speed and school bus stop-arm safety cameras serving more than 30 million people.
