Children under the age of 18 can reduce their library fees by reading for 20-minutes a day from Nov. 20 through Jan. 6. For every 20-minutes that a child reads or is read to, the Library will waive $1 towards overdue fees.

To participate, pick up a “Read Down Your Fines” form at any service desk at the Mesa Public Library or download the form at www.mesalibrary.org/readdownyourfines.

Track the amount of time your child reads or is read to, and have a parent or legal guardian sign off. All forms must be submitted to the Library no later than Jan. 6, 2018.

For more information or questions please contact the Mesa Library at (480) 644-3100.
