Current Planning
Current Planning Section contains the following
workgroups:
Planning and zoning:
Agendas,
Application
and Procedures. Conducts public hearings and makes recommendations to City Council on Zoning Map, Zoning Ordinance
and General Plan amendments, Council Use Permits, Site
Plans, and Subdivision Plats.
Minor cases may utilize the Planning Hearing Officer
(PHO) for more expeditious processing -
PHO Agendas -
PHO guidelines.
 Design Review:
Agendas,
Applications,
Procedures. Reviews site plan, landscape plans, building elevations, building designs and makes
recommendations to the Design Review Board.
Subdivision
Technical Review:
Application,
Procedures,
Land Splits. To achieve individual property lots of reasonably utility and
livability. Subdivision Technical Review applications
can be filed with the Planning Division after they
have been formally approved by the Planning & Zoning
Board.
