Please note the City of Mesa Open Enrollment period has expired. We will, however, keep our Open Enrollment page viewable through the end of the year for reference. If you have any questions, please call Employee Benefits at 480-644-2299.
It’s that time of year again to review your City of Mesa benefit programs. Please be sure to read the Open Enrollment Guides below for detailed information on rates and changes that will be effective as of January 1, 2018.
If you are not planning to make any changes to your current benefit elections, you do not need to complete an online enrollment via eBenMesa. However, if you need to make updates/changes or if you are an active employee wanting to enroll in 2018 Health and/or Dependent Care FSA accounts, you may do so by logging into eBenMesa, our online enrollment application. Links and additional resources are below.

How do I navigate/print the Open Enrollment Guide?
1. Click on the "Fullscreen" icon on the bottom right corner of the applicable version of the Open Enrollment Guide you wish to view
2. You can then freely click on the left and right arrows on the edges of the screen to navigate between the pages of the guide
1. Click on the "Download" icon on the top left corner of the applicable version of the Open Enrollment Guide you wish to view
2. Once downloaded, you can save a PDF version of the guide, where you may then view and print
