Retiree Premiums  

Due to the number of factors that are considered in calculating individual retiree premiums (years of service, plan, coverage level, ASRS/PSPRS subsidy, Medicare discount, etc.), the retiree premiums will not be posted.

 If you have a question about the calculation of your retiree premium, please call the Employee Benefits Administration Office at 480-644-2299 or via email at Benefits.Info@mesaaz.gov. Pre-retirement paperwork can be requested 1-2 months before retirement. To request paperwork please complete the Retirement Info Form available on our website at www.mesaaz.gov
