Kelley Keffer is a project manager for the Office of Economic Development team. She joined the team in December 2012 as the Management Assistant II.
Originally from the metropolitan Detroit area, prior to joining the City of Mesa, she has served in roles such as director for SBA programs in the nonprofit sector and for more than six years as the Director of the Small Business Development Center (SBDC) Mohave Community College, as well as Associate Faculty teaching Entrepreneurship and Small Business Management. In addition, she was the co-owner of a successful contracting company for more than 20 years.
Kelley earned a Bachelor of Business Administration - Management from Walsh College. She is a certified business counselor and holds instructor certifications in NxLevel, FastTrac, and Profit Mastery for entrepreneurs.
