City Clerk
The
City Clerk's Office
is responsible for preparing and keeping minutes of City Council and Committee
meetings, administering municipal elections, and maintaining the Mesa City Charter
and Mesa City Code Book. The Clerk's Office also provides public notices,
maintains
City ordinances and resolutions, provides support to the Public Safety Retirement Boards,
and serves as agent for claims against the City of Mesa. On
February 17, 2009, the City Clerk's Office relocated
from the sixth floor to the first floor of the Mesa City
Plaza Building, Suite 150. Phone numbers remain the
same. NOTE: Office hours have changed. Along
with City Hall and most Administrative Offices, the
City Clerk's Office is now open Mondays through Thursdays,
from 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., and CLOSED on
