City Clerk
The
City
Clerk's Office is responsible for preparing and keeping
minutes of City Council and Committee meetings, administering
municipal elections, and maintaining the Mesa City Charter and
Mesa City Code Book. The Clerk's Office also provides
public notices, maintains City ordinances and resolutions,
provides support to the Public Safety Retirement Boards, and
serves as agent for claims against the City of Mesa.
