Political and Campaign Signs
- One sign is permitted per street frontage per lot (if on a corner,
one sign is allowed per street frontage).
- Signs must be located 15 feet from the face of the curb or edge of
pavement where no curb or sidewalk exists.
- Signs may not be posted on city property. (Sign will be
immediately confiscated.)
- Signs may not be posted in such a way as to cause a traffic
visibility hazard. (Sign will be immediately confiscated.)
- Signs may not be posted in public right of way (landscaped area
between an arterial street and a residential lot).
- Signs must be kept in good condition and must be securely fastened.
- Signs must be removed 10 days following the election.
