Councilmember Higgins joins with volunteers from
Wells Fargo Bank on Saturday morning after thanking
them for their service in an East Mesa neighborhood.
Volunteers painted two homes in addition to
landscaping projects in a join partnership between
the City of Mesa Neighborhood Outreach Office,
HandsOn Greater Phoenix, and Wells Fargo Bank.
