Utility Bill Assistance

If you are unable to pay your utility bill by the due date and you need a few more days to pay your bill, call 480-644-2221 to request an extension.

If you need financial assistance with paying utility bills or making repairs to your home, the following agencies* may be able to help:

The Low Income Energy Conservation (LIEC) Program  Works in partnership with the Arizona Energy Office to provide free energy audits, conservation education, and comprehensive weatherization materials that increase energy efficiency and safety in the homes of low-income customers.

Mesa Community Action Network, Inc Offers a payment assistance program for utilities, as well as, a weatherization program for the repair/replacement of utility-related appliances and systems. They can help you decrease your energy costs.
