Office Locations and Hours of Operation
Two office locations are open for your convenience (7:00 a.m. to
6 p.m. Monday through Thursday, except for City holidays):
Drop Boxes
Utility bills may be paid at the Municipal Building (55 N.
Center St.) or the drop boxes located on First Street on the
north side of the Municipal Building.
For our East Mesa customers, City of Mesa utility drop boxes are
located at the East Mesa Service Center (6935 E. Decatur).
For our customers in Southwest Mesa, there is a City of Mesa
utility drop box located in front of the Dobson Ranch Branch
Library located at 2425 S. Dobson Road.
