Kelley Keffer

Kelley Keffer As the Management Assistant II, Kelley provides critical support to the Director, Deputy Director and staff in department operations. She joined the  economic development team in December 2012.

Prior to joining the City of Mesa, Kelley served as the Project Director for The National Center for American Indian Enterprise Development Small Business Administration (SBA) programs in Mesa. Before coming to Mesa, she served more than six years as the Director of the Small Business Development Center (SBDC) for Mohave County at Mohave Community College, as well as Associate Faculty teaching entrepreneurship and small business management.

Kelley earned a Bachelor of Business Administration – Management from Walsh College. She is a certified business counselor and also holds instructor certifications in NxLevel, FastTrac, and Profit Mastery for entrepreneurs. She plans to pursue a Master in Business Administration with a leadership emphasis.
