Currently we do not mail out notifications for bid to individual companies; however, we do advertise in the East Valley Tribune and post those projects for bid to our website every two weeks.  For a complete list of projects that are currently out for bid, visit our Construction Bid Opportunities and Results website.  Generally, projects are administered using Maricopa Association of Governments Uniform Standard (MAG) Specifications and Details, as revised by the City of Mesa.  Copies of the MAG Specifications and Details are available at the Maricopa Association of Governments Office, 302 North 1st Avenue, Suite 300, Phoenix, Arizona.  The Mesa Standard Details and Specifications are available at the Building Safety Permits Counter, located at 55 North Center Street in Mesa.
