Consultant Performance Evaluation Program
Engineering has
instituted a performance evaluation program to provide feedback
and evaluation of our professional service providers in four key
areas:

Project
Management
-
Schedule
Control
-
Cost Control
-
Technical
Performance
The City Project
Manager is expected to complete a performance evaluation
following any submittal of a project deliverable by a
Consultant. To promote consistency by City Project
Managers, the
performance evaluation form (.pdf 2 pages) and
the performance
rating guidelines (.pdf 4 pages) have been
standardized.
Each year Engineering
will prepare a Consultant Performance Report based on the
completed evaluations for the year. Past performance may
have an impact on future project opportunities.
