This free two hour course consists of:
- Familiarization with the 911 system and the
fire department.
- How to protect yourself from body fluids.
- What to do in an emergency.
- Learn First Aid skills for bleeding and shock
- Hands on CPR with adult and infant manikins
- Choking: adults and infants
- AED use
