School Program
Mesa elementary school students participate in a
comprehensive injury prevention program focusing on
the eight risk areas shown to be the leading cause
of death and injury to children. Our program
is implemented in all Mesa Public Schools elementary
school sites. Classes start in August and run
through May. Lessons are provided to Kinder
through 6th grade and aligned to the Arizona State
Standards.
