Resource Management is the support division of the Fire Department that implements and maintains programs for fire stations and staff including:

  • Uniform Program
  • Turn-out Program
  • Fire station facility maintenance
  • Fire station furnishings
  • Fire Department purchasing and accounts payable
  • Warehouse Management - operating a full service warehouse including parts and supplies utilized by the Fire Maintenance mechanics and firefighters.
