Comprehensive Annual Medical Exam
Includes:
- Health Risk Appraisal
- Vital Signs & Body Weight
- Blood Chemistry
- Audiometry (hearing) Test
- Pulmonary Function Test
- Baseline & ongoing immunizations & testing
(HBV, HCV, MMR, TT, TB testing every six months,
flu shots)
- Resting EKG Stress Test (occasionally)
- Titmus (vision) Test
- Chest X-ray (baseline & as recommended by
MD)
- Prostate Blood Test (optional male prostate
cancer screen)
- Fecal Occult Stool Test (optional colon
cancer screen)
- Medical History & Hands-on medical exam
- Result consultation
NFPA 1582 & OSHA Respiratory Protection
1910.134 standards are used by the physician to
determine annual medical and respiratory
certification.
