LIST IS OPEN!
The
City of Mesa Housing Authority has opened the
waiting list. All families and individuals may apply.
Applications for the Waiting List can be
picked up in person at:
City
of Mesa Housing Authority
20 E. Main St, Suite 250, Mesa, AZ 85201
Or you may download the
Application.
All Applications must be submitted in person
to the City of Mesa Housing Authority at
the address listed above.
Birth Certificate -
for all members of the family
Social Security Card - for all members of
the family
Picture ID - for all members of the family
over 18 years old
(original
official documentation is required - no
copies).
Applications will ONLY be accepted:
Monday - Thursday, 8:00 a.m.
to 10:00 a.m.
The City of Mesa
Housing Authority will make reasonable
accommodations for persons with disabilities
who need an alternative accessible format of
notices or provide reasonable accommodations
at public facilities. A request for
accommodation with the nature of
