Pay Plan

The City's pay plan has approximate 5% increase between steps and ranges from 25 to 56.  

Pay Ranges and Steps  - current pay plan effective January 2, 2012.

The alphabetical position title listing is updated monthly and includes job code, job title, pay range etc.  Also included will be the biweekly or hourly pay steps 1 - 7, monthly steps 1 - 7, Job Function Code, At-Will status, Job Description Revision Date, Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) Code, EEO Code, Industrial Code, and Special Handling Code.

The Responsibility Center (RC) Manager's list shows the Department, Division, Section and Subsection numbers associated with the Responsibility Center.  The name, title, and phone number of each RC Manager is also listed.

Job Descriptions detail job duties, requirements and qualifications, education, knowledge, skills and abilities for each listed title.
