The Arizona State Retirement System (ASRS) is the retirement program for non-sworn (civilian) employees at the City of Mesa.

 

The Arizona State Defined Contribution (DC) Plan is the retirement program for certain new non-eligible ASRS employees at the City of Mesa.

 

The Public Safety Human Resources Retirement System (PSPRS) is the retirement program for sworn Police and Fire employees employed by the City of Mesa.
