iMesa: I can Imagine, Invest, Improve - What is the Mesa YOU wantiMesa

iMesa is Mayor Scott Smith's visionary community improvement program to develop new and upgraded recreation, entertainment, cultural and other community amenities throughout Mesa.  The "i" in iMesa means, "I can Imagine, Invest and Improve Mesa." iMesa gives Mesa residents the opportunity to take Mesa’s future into their hands and make the Mesa they want.

Imagine: A Mayor appointed, blue-ribbon committee of forward-thinking residents will be brought together to formulate a comprehensive vision and specific project plan for transformative community projects.

Invest: The proposed plan will be presented to the voters on the 2012 ballot.

Improve: Once approved, this program will be rolled out to improve and invigorate Mesa with creative projects that will "Build a Better Mesa."

The iMesa program will integrate technology to involve residents in each step of the program. An interactive Web site, Pod casts, and social media tools will provide real time details about this community driven effort.
