1. Why did the City of Mesa switch to a new registration system?

The new registration system offers a number of benefits including:

Multiple ways to search for programs and activities      
 -
Access to your full account history online, starting with summer 2014    
 -
Sign up to receive emails or texts for timely activity-related messages            
 - Email
confirmation after you register      
 -
Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express are accepted forms of online payment
 -
Contact information and other required information such as emergency contact and waiver, are all included in the account creation process.
 


2. Why do I need to set up a new account?
  

 - The City of Mesa is moving to a new registration software call Active      
 -
The information in the old system will not be retained      
 - 
It is important to set up your account with current information      
 -
The new registration system will provide addistional online customer access
 


3. How do I set up a new account, and add a child or other family member to my account?

 - From the Home Page request an account for the adult member of the family
 -
Complete all information required for the adult member
 - Scroll to the bottom of the page and click “Submit & Add Family Member”

Or, if you already have an account:
 - From the Home Page click “My Account”

 - Enter your Login Name (your e-mail)
 - Enter your Password
 - Click “Sign In”

 - Under the “Personal Information”  click “Add Family Member”


4. When will I be able to see Summer 2014 activities?

 -
The activities for Summer 2014 will be viewable on-line April 1
 - You may search according to activity location, name, primary category, and season
 - Advanced searches by date, age or facility are also available
 - You may put programs on your “Wish List” beginning April 1



5. When can I register for Summer 2014 programs?

 

 - Registration for Mesa Residents will begin Monday, April 14 at 8am
 - Registration for non-Mesa Residents will begin on Monday, April 21 at 8am
 - You may put activities in “My Cart” and purchase them on April 14 or April 21
 - The activities for Summer 2014 will be viewable on-line April 1
 - You can search according to activity location, name, primary category, and season
 - Advanced searches by date, age or facility are also available



6. What do I put in the last box next to "Cell Phone"?

The box after the @ is for your cell phone carrier
 - 
Use the pull down arrow at the end of the box to choose your cell phone carrier
 - 
Examples of cell phone carriers include Verizon, at&t, T-Moble etc.


7. How do I enter "Date of Birth"?

 - For adults you can either enter your birth date or choose an Age Category
 - For youth under the age of 18, actual birth date is required

 - Use the pull down arrows to choose Month and Day
 - Type in the birth date year such as “1986”



8. What is my login name?
 

 - Your Login Name will always be your e-mail



9. What if I don't know, or if I forgot my password?

From the Home Page click “My Account”
 - Under Already have an Account, under the Password box click “Forgotten?”

 - You will then receive an e-mail message and directions to set up a new password
