RAD is a free 15 hour self defense program for women only. Students are expected to attend all 15 hours. Students will be expected to participate in all aspects of the class, including simulation exercises.

The class is designed for women age 18 and older. Teens 16 and 17 are allowed to attend when they are accompanied by a female parent or guardian. Exceptions for those younger than 16 will be made on a case-by-case basis.

Class size is limited to 20 students and is filled on a first come, first serve basis. Classes do fill quickly, so register early.  To register, contact Marcella Garcia at 480-644-2487.
