R.A.D. Classes

RAD is a free 15 hour self defense program for women only. Students are expected to attend all 15 hours. This hands-on class will allow students to learn how to properly defend themselves and experience different scenarios in a controlled setting. Students under a doctors care for short- or long-term medical issues (back problems, etc.) MUST have a doctors release to attend.

The class is designed for women age 18 and older. Teens 16 and 17 are allowed to attend when they are accompanied by a female parent or guardian. Exceptions for those younger than 16 will be made on a case-by-case basis.

Class size is limited to 20 students and is filled on a first come, first serve basis. Classes do fill quickly, so register early.
