2014 G.A.I.N. Registration Form

Visits will be done between 4:00 pm and
8:00 pm. Deadline to register your G.A.I.N.
Party is Friday, October 31, 2014. If you register after this date, there is no
guarantee that you will be placed on the visitation list. Any questions about your G.A.I.N. party
should be directed to your crime prevention officer.
If you are having a party on November 15,
2014, use this form to register your G.A.I.N. party with the Mesa Police
Department. Please list contact information for only
organizer. If there are co-organizers, please list one
person as the contact. You may list the other person's info in the
'description of activities' section. If you are combining your party with other
streets that are also Neighborhood Watch groups, please fill out one
registration form for all streets that are participating to avoid
duplication of party entries. You may list additional streets and
contacts in the 'description of activities' section.

everyone would like to have McGruff, K-9 Unit, Motor officers, etc. visit
