Double Homicide Suspect Arrested

On Wednesday, June 29, at approximately 1:15 am, the Mesa Police
Department received a 911 call from a male subject later
identified as Tyler Webster (18). Tyler stated that he and his
friend Olek Wladyszewski (19) were shot by a Hispanic male in
his 20's. When officers arrived on scene they found Wladyszewski
deceased in the driver's seat and Webster unresponsive in the
passenger seat. Webster was transported by air to a local
hospital where he later died as a result of his injuries.
During the investigation, detectives obtained cell phone
records which revealed that prior to the homicide, Olek
Wladyszewski had been communicating with Jesus Antonio Busso
Estopellan (21) by text.
On Thursday, June 30, detectives located Jesus Antonio Busso
Estopellan and during a post-Miranda interview Jesus Antonio
Busso Estopellan admitted that he set up a meeting with
Wladyszewski. Estopellan stated that he directed Wladyszewski to
the incident location. When Wladyszewski and Webster arrived, he
walked up to their vehicle shot Wladyszewski and then he shot
Webster.
Jesus Antonio Busso Estopellan (photo below) was arrested and
charged with two counts of First Degree Murder, ARS 13-1105A a
class 1 felony.
