Mesa Police Seek Assistance in Identifying Indecent Exposure
Suspect

Between Tuesday, February 11, 2011 and Sunday, June 5, 2011, the
Mesa Police Department has investigated six indecent exposure
cases linked to the same suspect. The suspect walks by
female victims and tries to get their attention. As soon as the
victim looks at him, he lifts his shirt and exposes himself. The
suspect then flees the area on foot. The suspect has not made
any attempt to make physical contact with the victims.
Five
out of the six incidents have occurred at the Indian Springs
apartments, located at 1030 and 1031 S. Stewart. The time of the
occurrences have been between 1:00 pm and 6:00 pm. The suspect
has been described as a White male, 14-18 years of age, average
height and weight, shoulder length blonde hair, with a black or
blue cast on his hand. In the last incident, the suspect was
described as having short spiked hair and a pink cast.
