Traffic Enforcement Request
The following form is used to request increased enforcement (for speeding
and other traffic related violations/hazards) in a given area. An officer
will be assigned to enforce your specific need by you filling out the
Traffic Enforcement Request Form (PDF/1
page). Please fill out the required fields on the form.
This form must be printed, filled out, and mailed to:

You also have the option of filling the form out with
your computer and submitting it using your current e-mail
provider. If you choose to use the online form, please
fill out the required information AND the request date, location
and comments sections.
Open the
online form (PDF/1 page). Use the tab key to move through
the fields. Click on the "Submit Form" button at the top right
area of the form when you've filled in the information required.
It is best to have the most recent version of the Adobe Reader
