September 11 Donation Scams
Unfortunately, fraud schemes surrounding the World Trade
Center and Pentagon tragedies continue to surface. The US Postal
Inspection Service and law enforcement agencies are warning
people about phone calls, e-mails, and other attempts to obtain
fraudulent donations.

legitimate charities -- many are listed in the current media
coverage.
