Volunteer Interest Forms
All interested volunteers, whether a group or
individual, must first submit a volunteer interest
form. If a group, a designated project leader
must be represented don the form.
Please select the appropriate application for the
area in which you would like to participate, if you
would like to do something other than the VITA
program, please complete the general application.
Once the interest form is complete
you will receive
a confirmation e-mail within 24-hours.
