Report Utility Theft

We all have to pay for the theft of utilities.  Please report all suspected cases of utility theft to the City of Mesa by completing the below form.

 

Utility theft is the taking of a utility service by:

  • turning the service on without authority

  • bypassing a meter, connecting directly into the service or a hydrant without a meter

  • willfully modifying the meter or service apparatus so as to cause loss or reduction of registration

  • unauthorized connection to wastewater services

     

Utility theft can occur with multiple utilities including water, natural gas, and electricity.
