Smart cycling fundamentals workshop at Mesa Library

With the weather getting cooler and more cyclists on the road, it’s important to learn some of the basics of biking safety. Attend an introductory workshop to learn about basic bicycle techniques, rules, and equipment. This will be an ongoing series with the first class on Wed., Sept. 21 at 6 p.m. in the Saguaro Room at the Main Library, 64 E. First St.
Presented by the City of Mesa Bicycle and Pedestrian Program, all participants will receive free bicycle safety gear. Registration is required as seating is limited.
There are other opportunities if you are not able to attend the first workshop:
- Thursday, October 13, 3 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. at Red Mountain Library, 635 N. Power Rd.
- Wednesday, November 16, 6 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. at Dobson Ranch Library, 2425 S. Dobson Rd.
- Wednesday, December 14, 6 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. at Main Library, 64 E. First St.
