Retired Employees of the City of Mesa (RECOM)
RECOM was formed in 2001 to provide information to retired City of Mesa employees, and to advocate on behalf of the general membership on retirement issues in appropriate venues.
RECOM is a 501(c)(4) non-profit corporation and is NOT affiliated with the City of Mesa or Employee Benefits administration.
What RECOM Does
RECOM strives to keep members informed on matters pertaining to retirement issues. This includes such things as health insurance, state and federal legislation and City policies & actions affecting retirement benefits.
