Customer Service (downtown location ONLY) is now open 8 a.m. - 12 noon on Fridays for limited services. Hours are for open/close utility accounts, payments and same day residential turn-on for an additional fee.
We have two self-serving kiosk locations available for our customers' convenience. There is a kiosk located at 55 N. Center St. (located at the East side entry door) and the other kiosk located at 6935 E. Decatur St. (East Mesa Service Center) located by the north facing entry doors. Please have your 12 to 13 digit utility account number handy when using the kiosk. The kiosk will accept cash and credit card. The kiosk will not dispense change. There is a $1.00 charge to use the kiosk.
Cloudy water? Don't worry, it's just tiny bubbles
Your water may temporarily appear cloudy or milky due to air bubbles. For the next few weeks we are running some of our wells as part of regular operations. This causes additional air in the lines. - Payment kiosk located at 55 N Center St. just outside of the entrance doors (cash, credit/debit card are accepted)
- Payment drop boxes located at 55 N Center St., 6935 E Decatur St. or 2425 S. Dobson Rd. (in front of the Dobson Ranch Library).
You can request your utilities to be turned on/off by calling 480-644-2221.
Also, due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the City of Mesa has suspended all non-payment disconnects for the time being. Because of this, we will not be granting payment arrangements at this time. We encourage you to continue paying on your account to avoid additional late fees and potential future disconnect. Your account # can be found on your bill. If you get email bills, your account number can be found in the email. You will be notified once the City resumes non-payment disconnects.
