Live in Mesa and want to make a difference for feral cats in your neighborhood? We now offers a Trap-Neuter-Return (TNR) program—a humane and effective way to manage outdoor cat populations and reduce nuisance behaviors.

  • Trap: Feral cats are humanely trapped.
  • Neuter: Cats are spayed/neutered & ear-tipped for identification.
  • Return: Cats are released back to their original location, stabilizing the colony.

Join our next TNR Info & Registration session on April 10, 2025! Seats are limited. Mesa residents must bring a hard copy of a government-issued ID & a recent utility or insurance bill for address verification.
