Construction Manager at Risk & Job Order Contracting Opportunities

Please read the entire Request for Qualifications (RFQ) and all attachments before submitting a Response. Responses must be in accordance with the provisions, specifications and instructions set forth in the RFQ. Responses will be accepted until the date and time the Response is due. All Responses received after the Response due date and time shall not be considered for award.

To differentiate the projects on our website, the projects listed on this page are strictly for Construction Managers at Risk services and Job Order Contracting opportunities. Contractors can register in the Mesa Vendor Self-Service (VSS) System.

Response Submission

We only accept electronic submissions for selections.

Maximum file size is 20 MB. Please ensure that your email is smaller than this before sending.
Email SUBJECT line must include the Project Number/Name and Due Date/Time.

Responses received after the due date and time shall not be considered for award. Upon submission of an SOQ, a confirmation email will be sent. If no email is received, please reach out to the contact listed in the RFQ to verify receipt.

Questions or Concerns

Engineering will investigate all questions submitted regarding opportunities listed below. If the answer is not already in the bidding documents/RFQs an addendum will be issued. If the question is NOT answered via an addendum the answer can be found in the bidding documents/RFQs.
