2026 Zoning Code Refinement

The amendment addresses items such as:

Resolution: 2026 Code Refinement Text Amendment
Fleet-Based Services & Service Station Text Amendments
Proposed amendments to Chapters 6, 7, 8, 31, and 86 of the MZO. These amendments:
- Create a new Section 11-31-40 establishing development standards for fleet-based services.
- Establish a new “Fleet-Based Services” use classification with light and heavy sub-classifications and update where they are permitted in the land use tables.
- Establish a new “Accessory Vehicle Charging” use and update where it is permitted in the land use tables.
- Update service station development standards, including canopy design, lighting, queuing/stacking, and separation from residential.
- Revise and add definitions in Chapter 86 for consistency and clarity.
