Environmental Site Assessment Records

In order to complete a Phase I Environmental Site Assessment (ESA), environmental professionals are required to review federal, tribal, state, and local government records. The below information is provided to assist environmental professionals in obtaining records from city departments and divisions and to provide information for other state or local agencies that may need to be contacted in order to obtain information necessary to meet the requirements of conducting a Phase I ESA.
