Scammers posing as representatives of our Planning and Zoning team are sending fraudulent email messages seeking payment for approved applications. All fees due to the City of Mesa for licenses, permits, and development applications are paid through the DIMES ePermit online portal or in person at a Mesa facility. We offer rental of 20-, 30- and 40-cubic yard roll-off containers for construction, roofing and other large-scale projects, both for commercial and residential use (residents of HOA or multi-family communities may need to contact property management for services). Roll-off containers are set on a first come, first served basis, subject to availability.
