Mesa City Council has issued a Notice of Intent to adjust utility rates, beginning a 60-day period for feedback on the proposed rates and impacts.
Please read the entire Request for Qualifications (RFQ) and all attachments before submitting a Response. Responses must be in accordance with the provisions, specifications and instructions set forth in the RFQ. Responses will be accepted until the date and time the Response is due. All Responses received after the Response due date and time shall not be considered for award.
The table below represents upcoming design RFQ's anticipated to be released by the City for design services only. To differentiate projects on our website, the projects listed on this page under "Architectural/Engineering Design Opportunities" are strictly for professional design services.
Consultants can register in the Mesa Vendor Self-Service (VSS) System.
We only accept electronic submissions for selections.

Responses received after the due date and time shall not be considered for award. Upon submission of an SOQ, a confirmation email will be sent. If no email is received, please reach out to the contact listed in the RFQ to verify receipt.
Engineering will investigate all questions submitted regarding opportunities listed below. If the answer is not already in the bidding documents/RFQs an addendum will be issued. If the question is NOT answered via an addendum the answer can be found in the bidding documents/RFQs.
