Scammers posing as representatives of our Planning and Zoning team are sending fraudulent email messages seeking payment for approved applications. All fees due to the City of Mesa for licenses, permits, and development applications are paid through the DIMES ePermit online portal or in person at a Mesa facility. *Irrigation Service Alert:
Due to needed repairs on the irrigation system on N Pasadena just south of 3rd Place, customers in the area will not receive flood irrigation during the current run.

Repair work is scheduled to begin on June 1, and we anticipate service will be restored by the next scheduled irrigation run on June 8. If you have questions, please contact cityofmesa-irrigation@mesaaz.gov. We appreciate your patience and understanding while crews complete the necessary repairs.
