To notify us that your container was not serviced for any other reason, please use one of the following options:
Submit through the online report. When creating report, please select "Trash and Recycling Issues."
Once the form has been submitted, staff will review submission. Our solid waste vehicles are equipped with an on-board vehicle GPS system which allows us to review vehicle travel history to determine if the vehicle was in the identified area and the approximate time.
Please use the online report if it is during non-business hours.
