Past Due & Delinquent Case Information

The Court is reviewing older, unresolved cases. If you are receiving notification from a collection's agency, your case was flagged due to an outstanding balance.

The court is required to collect all outstanding balances, regardless of how old the case is. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused and are here to help you resolve the matter moving forward.

We can provide you a copy of the citation and/or summons (if applicable). 

The following options may be available to resolve your case:

• Full Payment: You may pay the total amount due in full.

• Payment Plan: If you qualify, a payment plan can be arranged to help manage your balance over time.

• Collections Cases: If your case has been referred to collections, our staff can review it to determine your eligibility for the FARE Court Assistance Program (CAP). A $150.00 downpayment is required.

The case will remain in collections and/or be considered outstanding with the court until it is paid in full.
