All fees due to the City of Mesa for licenses, permits, and development applications are paid through the DIMES ePermit online portal or in person at a Mesa facility. This course satisfies the Damage Prevention Training requirement for individuals taking it as part of a Capital Improvement Project (CIP) contractual agreement. Certification is valid for 12 months and applies to future projects with the City of Mesa during that time.
