2026 Theme: Our Planet, Our Power

Current Mesa Public Schools students K - 6th grade are invited to participate! 

Submission deadline is April 5, 2026

We've heard for years that reducing, reusing and recycling can help our planet. Now it's time to show what you've learned! Create a drawing, painting, collage or poem showing how the three Rs can help our planet thrive to win exciting prizes - including a tree planted at your school.

How to Enter

Complete the form below with your work attached as a PDF, JPG or PNG file by April 5.

Entries will be reviewed by a panel of judges from the City of Mesa and Mesa Public Schools. Winning entries will be announced on Earth Day, April 22, on Mesa's social media pages. Winners will also be contacted directly.

A Solid Waste themed prize pack will be awarded to all winners. A tree will also be planted at the schools of first place winners!
