Voices of the East Valley showcases community-based storytelling through the Latinx Oral History Lab at Arizona State University. Rafael Martínez and Vanessa Fonseca-Chávez will share how oral history projects, including "Atmospheres of Belonging" in Mesa and "Querencia Chandler," document everyday experiences of place, memory and belonging across the East Valley.

The program highlights how community voices and lived experiences deepen understanding of the region’s cultural history.
