Quality Assurance is the set of practices our laboratory follows to ensure that every result we produce is accurate, reliable, and meets internationally recognized standards. Our laboratory is accredited by the ANSI National Accreditation Board (ANAB) to ISO/IEC 17025, the global standard for testing and calibration laboratories. This accreditation demonstrates that our scientific methods are validated, our instruments are properly calibrated and maintained, and our work is regularly reviewed through internal audits and continuous improvement efforts.
As part of this system, the Quality Manager helps ensure that new procedures are thoroughly evaluated before being used in casework, that documentation is complete and current, and that any technical issues are promptly investigated and corrected. Together, these processes uphold the competence, impartiality, and scientific integrity required by ISO/IEC 17025 and expected by the communities we serve.
