Renew an Existing Permit

Do NOT fill out an application.  Renewals no longer require an application:

• Existing FSOPs are automatically renewed annually. You will receive a paper statement in the mail when it is due.
• If you feel your renewal has been missed please email fireprevention@mesaaz.gov
• To search for fees that may be due, please login to the ACA site, or create an account(PDF, 429KB). Please search by physical address.
